Hacemos envíos a todo el mundo a través de Correos España.
El tiempo de entrega varía según el país de destino, y en situaciones normales suelen completar la entrega entre 10 y 20 días hábiles.

Trabajamos con materiales eco friendly, las láminas se despachan en tubos de cartón firmes para su total seguridad durante el período de transporte, con tapas hechas de material reciclado.

Por ser un sistema de print-on-demand no se aceptan devoluciones de productos una vez que haya sido procesado el pago.
Existen dos casos en los que una compra vuelve a nuestra tienda:

1. Por “Dirección errónea”, que suele darse cuando el cliente da una dirección sin datos suficientes para que el transportista pueda encontrarla.
2. En caso de que un producto no haya sido reclamado por el cliente o que éste no acudiera a recoger el pedido en su oficina de correo o en la sucursal del transportista correspondiente.

Si el cliente decide que el producto sea enviado nuevamente, debe abonar el costo de envío. No se realiza devoluciones de dinero derivadas de errores por parte del cliente. Por favor, ten cuidado y revisa que tu dirección sea la correcta.
Solo ofrecemos reembolsos por productos equivocados, pero no por cambios de opinión en el cliente.
