Terms of Payment for Custom Digital Design

Down Payment:

The client agrees to make an advance payment of 50% of the total price of the product purchased for custom digital design. This payment is made as a guarantee for the work to be delivered on the date agreed between the parties.

Advance Payment Amount:

The amount corresponding to 50% of the total price of the product must be paid by the client before the design process begins.

Remaining Payment:

The remaining 50% of the payment must be made in full on the day of delivery of the finished product prior to receiving the design.

Product Delivery:

The customized digital design will be delivered to the client via email in .jpg, .pdf and .png formats on the agreed date.

Corrections and Adjustments:

The artist will provide the client with a preview of the sketch as soon as it is ready for review. This preview will allow the client to make corrections and suggest modifications before the work is finalized.

It is clarified that this review and adjustment process will be done only once. Any additional requests for corrections will be subject to negotiation and could generate additional costs for the client, as agreed between the parties.

Delivery Date:

The delivery date of the finished product will be agreed between the parties prior to making the advance payment.

Cancellation of the Service:

In the event of cancellation by the client, the retainer is non-refundable, and the client waives any claim for work not performed.

By making the advance payment, the client confirms his acceptance and understanding of the conditions set forth above.
